Ah yes, the negative “what-if’s”. I have had those. But I agree we must focus on the positive “what-if’s”. I like to think “what-if” I am successful. What if I can help other people like me. I like the positive “what-if’s” better.

This is such a great post! I often get caught up in the “what if ” world and it can be demotivating and allow me to get focused on things that haven’t even happened yet. Reframing is such a valuable skill. You’re helping so many people by doing it in this post. Usually, we frame all our “what if’s” as negatives. “What if”…it’s a disaster? Negativity bias can rule our brain if we don’t intentionally reframe to see things in a positive light. The right “what if’s” can lead to amazing outcomes. Thanks for your post!

What if I get to my death bed and realize I should have taken that opportunity?
